A starred menu
For an elegant and beautifully designed fish restaurant. We want to promote all the goodness of seafood, thanks to Mare Gioioso, with a proposal which is so wide that we can welcome our guests for lunch, an aperitif or dinner.
The sea view restaurant
We are in Monopoli, Apulia, so close to the town's small harbour that we can see the moored tiny wooden boats from a window inside the restaurant. The design, like the cuisine, blend together two apparently very different worlds, East and West, in a delicate and elegant fusion, with the signature flavours of Michelin-starred chef Angelo Sabatelli.
