Our Michelin-starred Chef

At the head of the Porta de Mä brigade: Angelo Sabatelli, a Michelin-starred chef from Apulia. The decision to appoint him to run our kitchen came about because we wanted a person who could give a creative twist to fish cuisine, who could embrace both the traditional and classic side of Italian gastronomy and the oriental influences of Asian philosophy. His professional experiences matched our vision perfectly.

Our venue

In Monopoli, just behind its port, there is a small square dedicated to Garibaldi. We are there. What sets us apart is a large door: an imposing structure, sure, but its shape is elegant. Like the sea.
